Rules & Regulations

Classes start at 8:30 AM Students should arrive at school before 8:10AM to attend morning assemble. Also, dismissal time will be at 3;10PM.

NO LATE ENTRY - NO EARLY EXIT

Students MUST be in FULL uniform during official school times and any school-related events.

For parents,
An appointment should be arranged for any meeting with the administration or teachers, that is, between 1:30 & 2:30PM only.

The school is not responsible for students after 3:20 PM.

Any official document needed from the school should be requested by filling up the appropriate form. This official document will be submitted in a minimum of three days period from the day of applying the form.

Parents are NOT allowed to enter the school campus (except on administration grounds) during normal studying hours unless permitted.

Please be advised that administration staff may request proof of relationship to the student before authorizing their release.

For students,

Students are not allowed to leave the school campus before the end of classes unless permitted.

Students are not allowed to leave the school campus during or after the end of classes except with their parents, relatives, or an appointed legal guardian.

The pickup and drop-off points for students are located as close as possible to their homes.

Eating and drinking are not allowed on the bus.

Throwing anything out of the bus windows is strictly prohibited and the guardian may be held responsible for any charges incurred for doing so.

Standing, jumping, or dancing is dangerous and not permitted.

If a family changes their address or newly registers for transportation:

• Parents must notify the school in writing at least one week before the move.

• Bus changes require approval from the administration.

• Parents must drop off their child on the day of the bus change.

• Parents must provide the new address to the new bus driver.

Bus privileges may be revoked if a student misbehaves.
