Accreditation and Quality

Two independent bodies review the quality performance of our school:

SPEA - Sharjah Private Education Authority, and Cognia-US International Accreditation Organization

A team of seven SPEA reviewers visited Elite School from February 2-5, 2026 and observed 186 lessons. They rated our school

Good overall.

Cognia Accreditation:

Accredited until June 2029

Cognia reviewed our school from April 29 to May 4, 2023. We scored 321 on Cognia's Index of Education Quality. A score of 300 or above means a school meets Cognia's expectations for accreditation.

What we are working on

• Raising results in Arabic-medium subjects, and across subjects in KG and Cycles 1 and 2.
• Better questioning and lesson pace, so every student takes part and thinks deeply.
• Using assessment results to find and close gaps in each student's learning.
• Adapting the curriculum for students who need extra support and for high achievers.
• Stronger teacher teamwork through regular professional learning communities.
• Regular, formal reviews of our curriculum and programs, using data to check what works.

Our Strategic plan for 2025–2028

Our Strategic Improvement Plan turns these findings into clear goals:

• Wellbeing: a more positive and supportive school where students feel they belong, and a better work-life balance for teachers.
• Learning: by the end of 2026–27, at least 75% of students performing above curriculum expectations in Islamic Education, Arabic and Social Studies, and more student-led innovation and real-world learning in English, Math and Science.
• Teacher development: new ways to engage every student and assess learning, so that students are ready for the future.
